Directions for use:

> Spray on legs, ankles, thighs/hips, as well as down the leg holes of the wetsuit. For long-sleeve suits, also spray liberally on arms, wrists, shoulders, as well as down the armholes.

> For faster results with your wetsuit removal, spray on the outside of the legs or arms after your H2O experience.

Chafing and rash prevention:

> Apply on from, sides, and back of neck, under and around sleeveless armholes, and any other problem areas you are experiencing discomfort.

I tried Suit Juice over the weekend and loved it! I tried it just on one arm to see if I would notice a difference and I definitely did. I put it on the other arm in between dives (to see how it was once wet) and it worked very well! One application worked pretty well for all three dives.
